Replacement of goods sold.

Most fabric, notions & goods cannot be replaced as they are often Out of Print, discontinued products or have been sold on behalf of a customer (second hand goods). 

Collective Talents does not provide a GST receipt as it is not registered for GST sales due to turnover.

We offer no further warranty on goods sold unless its covered under the NZ Consumers Goods Act as a new product purchased directly by us from a wholesale supplier.

 

If items are lost or faulty.

Where the item is sourced from a wholesale supplier directly by Collective Talents & is currently available in stock,

we will replace or refund.

If your order does not arrive we will contact PTP couriers , track n trace service & if remains lost - make a claim on your behalf.

Shipping services.

We send goods via PTP Couriers - this includes tracking & signature services.

This is our preferred service & we offer flat rates shipping covering New Zealand wide delivery.

 

We can offer you NZPOST C4 & A4 letter rates for small patterns & flat magazines.

This includes rural delivery. The rates do not cover tracking services.

If you wish to purchase bulk magazines -books and other goods - please use a medium or large PTP courier bag.

At checkout we have a drop down menu for flat rate shipping.

NZ Wide Non rural - $7 -$9 -$10.50 (s/m/l)       

NZ Wide RURAL  - $ 10 - $12 - $14 (s/m/l)

Bag sizes and what can fit in them: (h x l)

small = 210 x 260mm                medium = 280 x 390mm                   large = 360 x 415mm

eg 8 fat Q's or 2 m fabric        4 - 6 m fabric or 4- 5 magazines         Mixture of both

• Please choose Non rural or Rural shipping and the size of PTP courier bag.
• If you live at a rural address you agree to select & pay the courier cost PLUS rural surcharge (currently $3.65).
• If you are unsure of the size of courier bag to purchase or wish to discuss a large shipment quote please place a note in the order page or contact us direct. 
• If your goods purchased cannot fit the courier bag purchased we will contact you with your shipping options.
